The 1.5mm step-down probe is ideal for delicate, thin foods, and the thermometer is calibratable for consistent and accurate readings. An antimicrobial protective sleeve prevents bacteria and mold growth and a 1"W LCD display provides quick and easy reads. The temperature range is -40F to 500F (-40C to 260C) and a battery is included.
